As we move through and integrate the energies of the 8/8 Lions Gate and the Super
Full Moon many are experiencing intense energy shifts on a multitude of levels.
With new energies integrating and moving us into higher frequencies and vibrations,
we must let go of all that no longer serves our highest good. Any challenges, resistance
or repeated patterns must be looked at and re-evaluated. Are we holding on to old energies,
situations, thoughts and beliefs?
This is the time to resolve and/or let go of anything that no longer brings peace and balance
within our heart. The next 2-3 weeks will bring in changes in our perceptions, challenges if we
are resistant to letting go or not dealing with suppressed emotions and situations.
As we are accumulating and integrating the new energies and light encodements we shall
experience moments of no time, multidimensional shifting, break through in awareness, more
emotion and feeling uncomfortable as we are pushed beyond our comfort zones and into
expanded awareness, if we allow it.
This is part of our personal and spiritual growth, the evolution into new potentials.
Remember when you were a child and began your growing pains? We are now experiencing the
growing pains of our personal and spiritual evolution. This is a time to lay judgments and
criticism aside, a time to be kind to yourself and others. This is a time to care for your physical,
mental and emotional health, listen to your body, listen to your heart and intuition and follow it's guidance. This is a time to connect within through prayer, meditation and spiritual practices. This is also a time
to allow your heart to expand, connecting to nature and all creation: sit in nature, go for a walk, watch a sunrise or a sunset, gaze at the moon and stars and see the beauty in life. Turn off the TV and limit that which brings stress or imbalance.
We are entering a time of where many changes will begin to manifest within and without of ourselves. There is a need to find balance and peace within so when the outside world is moving through chaos and stress, you are already centered in a place of peace, love and balance. You'll have the opportunity to embrace higher potentials, new awareness and a deeper understanding of your divinity, value and all that you are ....
