Infinity Breath
Breathe in through the heart, up the spine & out of the
back of the base of the skull (ascension chakra) loop up and around the head,
back into the heart.
Hold for a moment - this is the zero point
Breathe out moving down the spine, out the root chakra looping
towards the front of the body and back into the heart. Creating an infinity
sign with each breath.
6-8-10-12 Circular Breath
Breath in on a count of 6, hold breath for a count of 6 and
release the breath on a count of 6. Repeat 3, 6 or 9 times continue to

release the breath on a count of 8. Repeat 3, 6 or 9 times continue to
Breath in on a count of 10, hold breath for a count of 10 and
release the breath on a count of 10. Repeat 3, 6 or 9 times continue to
Breath in on a count of 12, hold breath for a count of 6 and
release the breath on a count of 12. Repeat 3, 6 or 9 times
