As more and more light and higher frequencies begin to come into our being, it is lifting everything we have suppressed and avoided, all the pain, fear, illusions and imbalances to be moved out to allow a great release and healing to occur. We are being taken beyond what is comfortable and being asked to be absolutely ho...nest with ourselves.
