We live in a world that is upside down. Our strength, courage and wisdom comes from an open heart. But, we have been taught, that when we hurt or become disappointed, we should withdraw our heart and close it down to protect ourselves. This is an illusion, a manipulation to lead you from your power and truth.
When you are growing a garden and water it, do you stand on the hose? Of course not, but every day we close our hearts leaving us depleted of our natural life force, our divinity and our authenticity.
Our heart is a flood gate for our divinity, our truth and our power. It is limitless by nature.
It is only with an open heart can we connect fully to our divinity to remind us of our sacredness. It is only with an open heart can we access pure love, our truth, our courage and our ability to heal. It is within the heart that love, hope and faith exist.
When we experience the moments that touch us so deeply, that we value is when we allow our hearts to open fully.
When we move into fear, we begin to withdraw and build walls around our heart. We begin to unconsciously imprison ourselves.
The only resolution for a broken or betrayed heart is to open it. To allow your divinity, your strength, courage and love to flow to and through you, reminding you of your worthiness, your value and sacredness. This is something that can not be taken away unless we agree to believe in someone else's limited perceptions.
Often the pain we experience is caused by our limitations, ego filters or fear. It is not love that hurts, it is the perceived absence or rejection of love that causes pain. But, when we realize there is an endless stream of unconditional love that flows through us and the key is simply opening the heart, you can heal, connect to your divinity and replenish from within.
Once we acclimate to opening our heart, then we expand not only our heart, but our consciousness, more of our divinity comes fourth and we embrace the heart intelligence as our new interface with all life, through love.
Remembering that love, happiness and our worthiness is never determined by an outside source.
